From Monday to Thursday, our team convenes promptly at 6:30am for a motivational session led by Rich, followed by discussions on the day's tasks with the estimators who secured the jobs. Our mornings are filled with camaraderie, fueled by hot coffee, and sometimes accompanied by donuts or breakfast treats, with occasional activities like chin-up contests.

Our workforce embodies both liveliness and humility. They are dedicated to hard work and take pride in being part of our company. Rich and the office team ensure our crews are well-equipped with quality gear and attire. We prioritize continual improvement over perfection, striving to enhance our performance each day. Our team works 4 days and typically a 10 hour day depending on the length of the job. Overtime is seasonally offered.
Certified Arborist Estimator
Our estimators possess extensive knowledge of Pacific Northwest trees, acquired through hands-on experience in tree work and familiarity with necessary equipment. They utilize Arborgold software for job bidding and scheduling, driving company trucks to meet client needs. With 35 years of reputable service, our company boasts a strong brand and a loyal customer base. Estimators receive daily leads and coordinate with crews, while also managing client appointments independently.
